How do I start receiving the Notice of Electronic Filing [NEF] from ECF?
When you file a document in a case and link yourself to a party, you will begin receiving the Notice of Electronic Filing [NEF] for that case. In order to electronically file documents, you will need to apply for a log in and password. Once an account has been created for you, it becomes your responsibility to maintain your profile so that your physical address, telephone number and e-mail address is correct and up-to-date. You may also add up to two additional e-mail addresses that will also receive the NEF of any case activity. You are free to change those e-mail addresses as necessary.
