The Companies House website has all the information you need. It explains about numbers of directors and company secretary requirements. You can ask a company formation agent to set a company up for you – can be pricey and is not really necessary. The alternative is to go to a legal stationer’s, buy a set of Memoranda and Articles of Association, fill out the forms for Companies House that you can download from their website and send the whole lot off to them with your formation fee. You may also have to get your company secretary to swear an oath at a Commissioner for Oaths (about £10). Doing it yourself, it will cost about £50. Good luck!
