Alternatively, ‘Office broker’ on 0800 1116444 (www.officebroker.com), and ‘Flexioffices’ on 0800 197 1127 (www.flexioffices.co.uk), are both very experienced in the property market and may be able to help you find the sort of premises you will be looking for. We would encourage you to drive around your area, and look at vacant shop fronts that may not actively be on the market. A number of franchisees have found shop fronts this way.
