CloseCall 5x is launched automatically every time Windows starts. The CloseCall 5X icon will appear in the Windows system tray to show that it is operating in the background. When it is connected the 5X icon will be black, when it is disconnected the 5X icon will be red. If it becomes disconnected, click on the red 5 icon and select Start CloseCall 5X from the menu.
