How do I start bluetooth on the qosmio g25-av13?

I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. I know that when the original installation was set up, bluetooth worked just fine. Now I cannot seem to get it to work no matter what I do. I’ve installed the latest driver from Toshiba and it just tells me that the radio is disabled. I’ve installed, rebooted, reinstalled and rebooted again. All I get from the connection manager is “Bluetooth not ready” I’m almost bald, please help!!
