How do i speed up the flowering stage when growing marijuana?

Budding is TOTALLY dependant on the ratio of light/dark (except for Ruderalis varieties which flower after a fixed number of offshoots from the growing stem, as this variety is originally from Siberia where the growing period is not long enough). To get it to bud you need 12 hours light and 12 hours dark. It’s best not to rush to this stage too quick though, as an immature plant will produce rubbish buds if flowered too soon. Unfortunately, once in flowering mode, you cannot speed up the process (Apart from harvesting early, which is rather pointless as you’d have weak bud then anyway). The length of time is entirely determined by the genetics of the plant. Sativas average around 2-3 months, Indicas around 1-2 months. Hybrids of these can have anything in between. Happy growing….I’m assuming you’re doing this in Holland of course!
