you should format it.and if that does not solve it then check the memory card for if it is damaged by card reader.or try to clean the ur phones memory card slot it be jammed with dust any small things.try formatting it .and if non of this works contact with the manufacture.i had the same problem in my nokia phone.it had micro SD card .i just removed some files from the card and it worked.
