How do I sling a SYNTHETIC stock, Ruger 10/22?

Common Mike’s swivels and studs work just fine on that black stock. Just buy two wood screw studs and a pair of quick disconnects off of Ebay and drill the stock carefully. The current 10/22 factory synthetic stock, which is what I’m assuming you have or you’d probably have mentioned a name brand, is hollow on the butt and the forearm so use those wood screw studs with the big threads and not the machine screw ones with the fine threads. A dot of locktite or superglue on the studs as you screw them in is a good idea. A 10/22 is so light, you don’t need a major sling for it. It’s not going to eat into your shoulder so thick padding and neoprene and all that crap just makes it look ridiculous. DON’T waste your money on a “tactical” one point etc or you’ll just get laughed at. Get yourself a cheap 1″ nylon sling (Ebay, cheaper than dirt, sportsmansguide etc) and you’ll have no probs.
