How do I sign up for water, sewer, and trash removal services?
The Town of New Castle provides water, sewer and trash removal services to our residents. New homeowners should complete an Application for Utility Services as soon as possible after closing on the purchase of a new home. The Town does not require a deposit, but a $10.00 transfer fee will be collected at your real estate closing. For new homeowners, responsibility for services begins on the date of ownership and amounts will be prorated for partial months. Submit the completed application to the Town Clerk’s office.
