You simply need to log into your account via the ‘My Account’ home page. There you will find an ‘Alerts’ tab where you can sign up for alerts. You can log in by going directly to https://publish.aps.org/account or by clicking on the ‘Log in’ link on the banner of most APS journal web pages (upper right corner).
