Sign up is easy and fast. Simply enroll online by visiting www.ftdi.com/ftdimail/signup.asp. • Can I check my e-mail from any computer? Yes, Internet-based mail, or Web mail, is included with your FTDiMail service. You may access your account from any computer connected to the Internet by visiting www.ftdi.com. Click on the “Check E-mail” link and enter your username and password and administer your mail account. • How many e-mail boxes do I receive? As a FTD Member, you receive one FTDiMail e-mail account free of charge. Extra e-mail accounts are available for purchase and billed conveniently on your FTD Clearinghouse statement. Please call customer service toll-free at 866-201-1270 for assistance. • What is the largest e-mail attachment I can send or receive? Your mailbox can hold up to 5 MB.
