It’s easy. To sign up for Clark Public Utilities’ free service, Net Pay, just click here. When you enroll, please have your Clark Public Utilities 11-digit Clark Public Utilities account number and your bank account or credit card information available. You will receive confirmation that the enrollment has been submitted, and you will receive an e-mail when your enrollment has been activated. If you chose to pay your bill with a checking account, CheckFree needs you to enter your Social Security number for verification with your bank. If you pay with a credit card, you don’t need to enter your Social Security number.
