Once you’ve selected the AdvantraRx plan that meets your needs, there are several convenient ways to enroll: 1) BY PHONE: Call 1-800-882-3822 (TTY/TDD # 1-888-788-4010) between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time. Our representatives are available seven days a week to assist you. Individuals who live in the states of Texas, Florida and California cannot enroll over the telephone. 2) ONLINE: You can enroll online by clicking here and following the online enrollment enstructions. 3) BY MAIL: To download and print an enrollment form click here.
