How do I sign up for access to cyberteller?
A. Complete, print, and sign the cyberteller access application and return it to the credit union by fax (813-569-2004), in person, or by mail to: USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION Attn: cyberteller 13302 USF Palm Drive Tampa, FL 33612 Upon receipt of the signed and completed cyberteller application we will verify and setup your account(s). In approximately 3-5 business days you will be able to access cyberteller. You will not be notified via email or phone call that your account is activated. The first time you use cyberteller, you will be required to change the temporary PIN you selected on the application to a 6 to 20 character alphanumeric PIN of your choice. Please note, the new PIN is CASE SENSITIVE.
