When you file an unemployment insurance claim online, you will be automatically enrolled in the ReliaCard Visa program. Once your claim is set-up, a card will be sent to you.

You sign up for a ReliaCard by simply choosing the Benefit Payment Debit Card option when submitting your unemployment compensation claim. You don’t need to be an existing customer of U.S. Bank or any other financial institution. You don’t need approval or a credit check.
