How do I show title and chapter time elapsed and remaining?

See the manual (Basic Operations / On-Screen Display). When the On-Screen Display is showing, use the Page Up and Page Down buttons to cycle through title and chapter elapsed and remaining times. The front panel continues to show the selected mode when the On-Screen Display is dismissed.
