How do I show proof of attendance for the Professional Development Hours?
To show proof of attendance you must provide a copy of your certificate. San Diego CARES cannot allow hours to count for payment if you do not show proof of attendance. In addition, for each workshop that you attend at a conference you must have valid signature/initials from the trainer on your schedule of events. The hours at a conference that are for meals, breaks and registration do not count.
