How do I share my documents with people who don have a LiveText account?

0

You can share documents with people who do not have a LiveText account by creating a Visitor’s Pass and attaching the document to the Visitor’s Pass. A Visitor’s Pass is created in the Tools Tab. There is a tab there for the Visitor’s Pass. Once you have clicked on that Tab, you click on “New” and give your new Visitor’s Pass a name. You may also write a brief description if you like. After you have done this and clicked “Save,” your Visitor’s Pass will show up in your Visitor’s Pass Tab. The code listed in the Visitor’s Pass column is what you will give your visitors. Once you have made a Visitor’s Pass, you then must share your document with the Visitor’s Pass. You do this by opening the document from your Documents Tab and clicking on the “Share” button. You then type the name of your Visitor’s Pass in the search box and the name of the Visitor’s Pass will appear with the word “visitor” in parentheses after it. Click on it and then click the “Add to Share” button, and your document
