How do I share an address book with another GroupWise user?
• Open the address book (Tools, Address Book). • Right click on the tab of the Address Book you want to share and choose Sharing. Under the Sharing tab choose Shared with and select the intended recipient from the address book. • Click Add user. • Click OK and a window will appear informing you that the recipient will receive a message saying ‘You have been granted shared access to my address book named ‘address book’. You can change this message if you wish. Please be aware that if you revoke a recipients access to an address book you have shared with them the address book will not disappear until they have closed GroupWise.
