You will need to install the Zimbra Outlook Connector located here: \\file-server\software-pc\Supported Software\Zimbra\Outlook Connector. The Connector works with Outlook 2003 or newer. Run the installer, then open Outlook and the Zimbra configuration wizard will open. Use the following settings to complete the wizard. • Server: zimbra.ncsa.uiuc.edu • Check the box to use secure connection • Email Address: username • Password: kerberos passwordThe connector will create a new ZDB file in your Windows profile in place of your Outlook PST file. It does not delete the actual PST file and you can add it back in if you wish, by going to; file; data file management, then add the old pst file.
