How do I setup ModMaster to run in a Citrix or Terminal Server environment?

If you install the client to the c: drive on the Citrix server, then multiple users can still access ModMaster, but not at the same time. Error message when second user attempts to start ModMaster: Couldn’t use file c:\MM\mm32mdb [or other pathname]; file already in use.
