When you receive the eCard attached to an email. Right click the attachment and “Save As” to a safe place, usually My Documents. DO NOT rename the file name. From the top menu bar click ‘ Tools ‘ then from the drop down choose ‘ Options ‘. Choose the ‘ Signatures ‘ tab. Once on the ‘ Signatures ‘ tab screen, under the ‘ Signatures ‘ section click the ‘ New ‘ button to add a new signature. Now click the ‘ File ‘ radio button at the bottom of the display box. Next click the ‘ Browse ‘ button. After clicking ‘ Browse ‘ find the file that we had sent you earlier. We suggested you place it in the ‘ My Documents ‘ folder. Select the drop down box next to or below the ‘file name’ box. Choose ‘ HTML files (*.htm; *.html) ‘ selection. Select the signature.html file that should have just appeared. Click the ‘ Open ‘ button. Now under the ‘ Signature settings ‘ heading, check the box next to ‘Add signatures to all outgoing messages.’ Click the ‘ Apply ‘ button (but do not click OK or Cancel).
