There are two ways: 1) make a reservation at this website or call the Customer Care Center at (800) 526-2655; or, once you’ve signed up for Reservationless Audio & WebMeeting Service you do not need to use the Audio Conference Service. We do recommended that you sign up for Reservationless Service with Audio & WebMeeting because of the increased flexibility it affords you: you can host an audio-only conference, web-only conference, or audio and web conference.
