How do I setup a shortcut that will launch Dress Shop in Internet Explorer while allowing me to continue to use another browser as my default web browser?
The DS program MUST open and run through Microsofts Internet Explorer browser. If you want to use Netscape Navigator or some other browser for web browsing and Internet Explorer is only going to be used for Dress Shop, you will need to set Dress Shop as the home page for I.E., then you can create a shortcut on your desktop that goes directly through Internet Explorer to open your DS program. 1. First, open your Internet Explorer. Go to File/Open/Browse. Go to the drive in which you have installed DS, locate and open the DS4 file folder, and select the file for your specific program: Dress Shop Sampler select Sampler.htm Dress Shop – select DressShop.htm Dress Shop Pro – select DS4PRo.htm Dress Shop Lite – select DS4Lite.htm Doll Shop – select DollShop.htm Doll Shop Deluxe – select DollDeluxe.htm Select Open/OK.
