How do I setup a Finatiq account as beneficiary for inter-bank funds transfer?
Ans: The setup steps are as follow: • Login to Internet Banking and select “Add Beneficiary” in the left navigation bar. • At the “Bank Name” field, select “BANK OF SINGAPORE LIMITED”. • At the “Account No.” field, please enter the Finatiq Account No. “501473367002”. • At the “Your Initials” field, please enter the first 9 digits of your Finatiq Account No., beginning with 707-XXX-XXX (leave out the last 3 digits, i.e. 100). • Complete the other data fields and continue. • At the next screen, for the “Branch Name” field, please select “FINATIQ – 802”. • Complete the other data fields and click “Confirm”.
