Speaker Connection: • Make sure the RX-V2500 is unplugged from the power source. • Connect the pair speakers that are to be controlled as Zone 2 to the Presence/Zone 2 speaker terminals. • Plug the RX-V2500 back into the power source. Setting up Zone 2 on the RX-V2500 remote control: • Set the [REC OUT/ZONE 2] Dial on the front panel of the RX-V2500 to [SOURCE/REMOTE]. • Set the [AMP/SOURCE/TV] switch to [SOURCE]. • Press the [DVD] input button. • Press and hold the [LEARN] button gently with a paper clip for 3 seconds. L: DVD and DVD will flash alternatively on the remote LCD window. • Press the [ARROW] button to the right until L: AMP appears in the remote LCD Window. • Press the [Enter] button and 2000 will appear in the remote LCD window. • Enter in 2001. • Press the [Enter] button to set the number.
