How do I set up recurring payments through AutoPay?
Click My Profile on the top menu and select My Recurring Payments to add a new recurring payment. Your automatic payment will become effective with the next bill, even if you enroll prior to the due date of the current bill. If you sign up for AutoPay and are currently enrolled in NEAT (Nashville Electric Automatic Transfer), you will automatically be dropped from NEAT to avoid double payments.
