How do I set up Outlook as my Atnex email client?
To access your email via Outlook email client: A. Outlook –> go to tools -> email accounts –> select Add a new email account –> select POP3 –>Incoming mail server (POP3) and outgoing mail server (SMTP) should both be set to mail.atnex.net -> Enter Username (should NOT contain the domain name – just the username) -> Enter your password. -> Click on more settings – outgoing server tab – select “my outgoing server requires authentication.” Also verify that “use same settings as my incoming mail server” is selected. Click OK, Next, then Finish.
