How do I set up my POP3 email account using MS Outlook Express for Windows?
Log in at http://zennames.com • Open MS Outlook Express • From the “Tools” option, select “Accounts” and click on the “Mail” tab. • Click the “Add” button and then select “Mail”. This will begin the set up wizard. • Type your display name in the “Display name” field and then click the “Next” button. • Type your POP3 email address (i.e. myname@mydomain.com) and click the “Next” button. • In the “Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server” field, type POP.YOURDOMAINNAME.COM (i.e. pop.domains.com) and then tab to the SMTP field. • In the “Outgoing mail (SMTP) server” field, type SMTP.YOURDOMAINNAME.COM (i.e. smtp.domains.com) and then click the “Next” button. • In the “Account name” field, type your entire email address (i.e. yourname@yourdomain.com; not just your name) and tab to the “Password” field.
