This will show you how to send the settings (as a text message) to your phone from the Vodafone Online Help Centre. The text message contains all the settings you need to get your phone up and running. Getting the right settings solves many setup problems. Go to the Getting your settings video Go to Phone and device support 2) SIM card set up – If you still have problems after sending the settings to your phone then your Vodafone SIM card may need to be set up at network level for two services, GPRS and MMS. To get this done, contact Vodafone Customer Services who will enable the services on your SIM card. GPRS lets you access the internet while GPRS and MMS together let you send picture messages.
