It’s easy to set up your online banking account. All you need is your account number, and your Personal Access Code (PAC). If you don’t have a PAC already, contact your local branch. The first time you set up your PAC, you must do it in person at your local branch. Your PAC – which is used for both internet and telephone banking – can be changed at any time by calling the telephone banking number. How do I access my accounts? You can access your MasterCard and Member Direct accounts through the Online Banking page. Is online banking safe?
