When you want to listen to music without disturbing those around you, nothing beats a good pair of headphones. In fact, because of their close proximity to your ears, you will hear details within the music that you may have never noticed before. This guide will explain how to properly setup your headphones. Step 1 Remove the headphone from the packaging and inspect them carefully. Make sure that there are no obvious physical defects such as a tear in the cables, or damage to the headpiece. Step 2 Find the markings on the outside of each headphone speaker that identify the right and left headphone. It is important that the headphones be placed over the correct ears to ensure proper stereo imaging. Once you have identified the right and left headphone place them over your ears in the correct orientation.
