How do I set up email accounts, administrators, forwarding and other similar items?
After you successfully register, you will receive a welcome email with your account id, set-up instructions and admin information. Your admin info will include the URL of your admin site and your login details. As soon as you receive this information, you will be able to enter your admin panel and open new mailboxes, set-up forwarding, etc… IMPORTANT: If you currently have and use email addresses @your-domain and are switching from another email provider to EnterGroup, we advise you to set-up your mailboxes as soon as possible in order to ensure that you do not lose any emails in the transfer of email hosts.
