How do I set up an Autoship Order?
Login to your CNI Back Office and click on “Create Autoship” located on the “My Status” page. You will be directed to a page that shows the orders you have placed to date. Click on “Create Autoship” again and select the product assortment you would like to receive on a monthly basis. After you have confirmed the CORE 4 products you would like to receive, confirm that the billing information is correct. If the billing information needs to be modified, you can change the billing information here and click on “Submit”. Your CNI Autoship will ship to the address you currently have on file. If you would like to change the address that your Autoship will ship to, click on “Shipping Information”. After changes are made, be sure to click on “Update” to ensure changes have been saved. You have the ability to choose the date that your Autoship will process. After all changes have been saved and your Autoship has been set up, changing your “Processing Day” is easy.
