There are several ways to setup a vacation/autoreply message. • You can log in to the Tmail Account Management Tool page. Click on Manage Your Exchange Account and log in. Once you are logged in, click on the Set Autoreply button. When you enable this feature, this message will be sent with the subject of “Out of Office AutoReply: Original Subject of the message”. When you configure the Autoreply option, it is either on or off. If you need additional functionality, please see option #3. • You can configure the Autoreply option in Tmail/Outlook Web Access. Once you are logged in, click on the Options button in your Navigation Pane. Configure the Out of Office Assistant and save your changes. When you configure the Tmail Out of Office Assistant, it is either on or off.
