How do I set up a University of Findlay e-mail account/ blackboard account?
In order to attend online classes you MUST have a computer account (Includes: blackboard, e-mail, and system log-in) and be registered for classes. To set up a computer account, go to our homepage under “Keyword” and type “blackboard account”, click the Keyword button, and then click on create UF Net account and following the directions. You will receive your account information in the mail (You can have it sent by e-mail also). Once you receive your information, please follow the steps in the letter to change your password. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU LOG INTO BLACKBOARD AND ENTER YOUR CLASS’S VIRTUAL CLASSROOM ONCE THIS IS DONE. To set up your UFNet account, go to our homepage under “Keyword” and type “UFNet”, click “go”, and then click on create UFNet account and following the directions. You will receive your user name and password in an email to the alternate email address you provide on your UFNet application. Please change your password the first time you log in to your UFNet account.
