How do I set up a default alias for any mail that does not have a valid user id using the cobalt RAQ?
To have all the email route to one email address that does not have a valid email account, you must list @www.domain.com as an alias for the user that will receive all the unresolved email. To do this, go through the site management for the virtual site in question. Click on the blue envelope button to create/modify the user’s email account. Add @www.domainname.com to the email aliases of the user. This creates a catch-all alias for the site.
