How do I set the name servers at GoDaddy?

0

You have just signed up for a hosting account at Unlimited Net using a domain name you have registered at GoDaddy. In order for your domain to start resolving to your Unlimited Net account you will need to update the name servers associated with your domain at GoDaddy. This change can be performed directly by the domain owner via the GoDaddy website. The steps to take are: • Log in to your Account Manager. • Under the Domain Names section, select Manage Domains. The Domain Control Center opens. • Use the checkkboxes to select the domain name you want to modify. • Above your list of domain names, click Nameservers. • In the Set Nameservers section, on the Custom Nameservers tab, you can modify your nameserver information. • Click OK. • To set the domain up so that we handle the DNS put the Unlimited Net name servers in place: – After “Name Server 1:” enter ns1.unlimitednet.us – After “Name Server 2:” enter ns2.unlimitednet.us • Click the “Save Changes” button to record your changes NOTE
