How do I set my Local Cost Modifier (LCM) on residential property by neighborhood?
From the main (black) screen, choose Tables/Neighborhood Data/Residential Pricing and then open up the desired Neighborhood. Fill in the “Default Local Modifier” with a whole number (do not use decimals). To add 10 percent, key in 110; to deduct 10 percent, key in 90.
