How do I set my Age & Gender data within the SOLO series watches?
After the Date & Time set up screen you will see a screen that has an “A30” near the center of the screen. This is a default setting and refers to Age 30. To change this age, hold in the Mode button until the “30” starts blinking. Adjust this number up and down using the right hand buttons. Press Mode to confirm. The next input to make is Gender, which is shown on the bottom left hand side of that screen. The default is “M” for Male. To confirm, press Mode. To adjust to Female, press one of the right hand buttons to scroll to “F”. Once confirmed, click and hold the Mode button to set and exit.
