How do I set BitWise to play sounds when receiving or sending messages?

When you downloaded BitWise, a set of sounds was included. The Windows installer version automatically finds and selects the sounds for you; non-installer downloads of BitWise come with a sounds folder that you may place in a location of your choosing. All sounds are chosen using the Alerts preferences.
