How Do I Set An “Out Of Office” Autoreply?
• The Autoreply feature will automatically reply to any email sent to you. This is most useful when you are on vacation and would like to let others know when they can expect you to return. • To turn the Autoreply feature on, click the Options tab in the navigation frame – it should be on the left at the bottom. • To enable Autoreply, select the radio button labeled I’m currently out of the office. You can also write a message which will be sent along with the Autoreply. • Apply the change by clicking the Save and Close button at the top of the frame.
