For OEM or third party products: • Item(s) must be sent to the manufacturer of the item. For example, a Samsung brand desktop charger should be sent to Samsung at the address provided in the manual. A Belkin car speakerphone kit must be returned to Belkin for replacement. For aftermarket or white boxed product(s): • The following applies our house brand item that does not come with explicit information for warranty exchange. Please see our warranty here. • Please carefully pack and send the defective item back to us. You must include your original invoice and a note describing the problem that you are experiencing. If you no longer have the original invoice, please include a note with your name, date of purchase, order number, and the problem that you are experiencing. • At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item with either an exact item or a reasonable functional substitute.
