How do I send images through DICOMmail?

Once an image is in the top pane (converted DICOM image), hit the SEND button. Your Email editor will appear. Type in the address you want to send the image to and click SEND. To change your Email configuration, go to the File menu and select ‘Configuration’. To learn more about the Configuration options, go to the Help menu and click ‘DICOMmail Help’. From the Contents menu, click on DICOMmail Configuration. A detailed chart explaining each option is shown.
