How do I send attachments in Microsoft (MS) Outlook 2003?

Most Microsoft (MS) Office applications (such as Word and Excel) allow you to send the file you are working on as an e-mail attachment without even using MS Outlook. From the File menu, choose Send To and then Mail Recipient as Attachment. A new e-mail will appear with the file already attached. Complete your email and press Send Copy. Alternatively, you can attach a file to an e-mail while you are composing it from within Outlook. While editing your message, pull down the Insert menu and choose File (or click the Insert File icon which appears as a paperclip). Navigate to the file you wish to attach and click Insert. A third method is convenient when you are browsing your My Documents folder. You may right-click on any file (or multi-select a group of files) and choose Send To and Mail Recipient. A new Outlook e-mail will open with the file already attached. Note: Remember that the maximum size for any e-mail, including its attachments, is 10 MB.
