You can either send a NEW message to another person or send a COPY of an existing message to another person. To send a NEW message, use the following procedure: * Log into your voice mail account. Obtain a dial tone, if necessary, by pressing the extension number button (not an outside line button), then dial 6-5-0. Finally, enter your password when prompted. * Press 3 to enter the “Sending Options” menu. * Follow the recorded voice instructions to record and send a message. It is suggested that the delivery option “7” (Regular Message) be used. To send a COPY of an existing message, use the following procedure: * Log into your voice mail account.
