How do I send a Payment Reminder or Address Request email?
• Hover your mouse over the Sales tab and click on that All link . • Click the Email Buyer link to the right of the listing you are looking for. • Pick the type of email you want to send from the drop-down. • On the next page you will have a choice of the email template* you would like to use. • Preview and send. *Note: We always provide you with a default template that you can use, but you can choose to create your own email template by following the instructions in the question: “How do I create my own custom emails?
