How do I send a fax through eFax Messenger?
If you would like to send a fax using eFax Messenger, please ensure that the eFax Messenger is installed on your machine. To Send a Fax through eFax Messenger 4.2 • Locate the Compose Fax Icon on your desktop. • Double-click on the file to open the Compose Fax template. • When the Compose Fax template appears, enter the recipient’s Contact Information, such as their Name and their Company, if applicable. • Enter the destination Fax Number. Verify that the proper Country Code is selected above. • Click on the Add button to include the person in the list of recipients. • If you would like to send a cover page with your document, enter the Subject and Message in the fields provided. • Next, select the document(s) that you would like to send. In the Attachments field, click the Attach button at the bottom of the screen to locate the files you would like to upload. • Click Send Fax.
