How do I send a Dean’s Certification Letter to schools that participate in the AMCAS letter service?

A – Enter the MIT Registrar as a letter writer in the AMCAS application. (This entry will be in addition to Shanell Littlejohn’s information if you are utilizing the MIT Prehealth Credential Service.) Print the AMCAS Letter Request form that is generated from this letter entry and deliver it to the MIT Registrar. Ask the MIT Registrar to send the Dean’s Certification Letter to AMCAS (address is noted on the Letter Request form) and request that they include the AMCAS Letter Request Form with the Dean’s Certification letter in the mailing. AMCAS will scan/upload the Dean’s Certification Letter to your AMCAS application upon receipt. You are responsible for designating which schools should receive the MIT Registrar’s letter in your AMCAS application.
