When an online travel agency accepts payment from an online customer, with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or other major credit card, the agency may tell the customer the sale for the travel is non-refundable and non-cancelable; however, that claim by the agency is not contractually binding on the customer who uses a major credit card for payment.
